      Benefits are okay, good learning experiences in an Agile environment and good people.

      Manager is a micromanager and horrendous boss who will likely lose all of his employees over time.

      Pros

      Management is continuously working to improve corporate talent with the latest technology and training. The CEOs knowledge of data management and enterprise data concerns / solutions is unparalleled. I have been working in IT for over 17 years and have not meet a greater resource to resolve complex data management and migration issues. Opportunities: Great training and access to the latest technology and industry knowledge. Culture: This was a fun environment to work in where your ideas are embraced and enhanced by a team of accomplished professionals. This is a place where no matter at what level you are in your career, you will grow, as being challenged in your daily role is the norm; not the exception!!!!!

      Cons

      This company needs to continue to grow by effectively leveraging/ enhancing existing resources and managing employee expectations by better managing employee assignments and specified tasks.
