Transparency is key, great workplace, teammates are helpfull

there is something shady about HR and its cronies, i heard some person got laid off because not active on Slack?! and some people that not working with its capabilities can stay longer but not working to its fullest
- We learn new thing as time goes by.
- There is no boundary for knowledge.
- Transparancy is a very strong point.
- Good culture for work and having relationship.
Cons
Sometime we go to fast and having techdebt for the future, but its only to be natural.
