      Pros

      Flexibility, the people, close proximity to the bike path for easy commuting & dog friendly. Also, the work travel was pretty cool too. And of course the passion of bicycles, the main reason why some (seriously only a few) worked there.

      Cons

      No company direction whatsoever. Once a plan was in place, if there wasn't immediate success it was scrapped for something totally different. This would happen at least once a year if not more. Most employees are not valued at all and are straight up told, anyone is replaceable. Low pay for the industry. Very low moral.

      Pros

      Some good people. Product heritage. Benefits were OK although declined through the years. Location is right on a bike path and next door to a park.

      Cons

      Where to start? Hidebound to systems, operations and processes that are extremely counter-productive. Disconnect between Dutch board of directors and US employees. Mercurial management strategy that is never solid or long term. Slide to irrelevance may be unstoppable. Painful to watch.
