      Supportive team of managers and contributors. Engage with clients across a variety of industries and sizes. The work done by Accelogix and LogsitiVIEW will help clients unlock the productivity of their assets and human team members. Benefits package rivals, and in some cases surpasses, that of much larger companies.

      Cons

      Will need to be a bit more discerning about the type of clients they pursue. Develop a better strategy for needed roles.

      The people at Accelogix are amazing! Everyone is welcoming, considerate, and motivated to succeed, which makes the culture a fun environment to be part of. I truly feel appreciated and that people are about me as an individual. The work is challenging and the leadership challenges employees to take on new projects and responsibilities. It is exciting to be part of a growing company that is always adapting to new (and current) opportunities.

      Growing companies experience a lot more change and ambiguity - if you do not enjoy change, then this is not the company for you!
