Pleasant colleagues but tedious scheduling for hours

Pleasant people. They provide you with all the needed materials.

Cons

It is tedious trying to get enough hours for a decent amount of income. For example, to get in 1 hour of work, you need to work with 2 students (20 minutes per class). So, in order to obtain 6 hours of work, that would entail making appointments with 12 students. It is not worth the trouble of organizing and trying to set up appointments with so many different people.

Pros

Very professional company with lots of great material and wonderful support. They help remote workers feel more connected with coaches happy hours and a TEAMS community group. I’ve also received two raises within 3 years.

Cons

Only wish the starting hourly rate was higher.

Low pay Low hours Classes are a half hour it's difficult to fill in the end half of an hour. So for every half hour you teach you have a half hour off.
