      Cons

      Work-life balance can be challenging if you don’t set limits, so wouldn’t recommend it for people who struggle managing high workloads.

      AccessFintech is a great place to work for a number of reasons, the foremost in my experience is the focus on fostering talent and opportunities for professional development The culture is very open and friendly Careers are very rewarding, as being a fast-growing fintech, the scope of roles can include some really exciting, innovative and unique opportunities to learn and develop AccessFintech is very supportive of flexible working I would highly recommend AccessFintech as an employer for someone who is looking for something different, in a fast-paced and progressive environment

      Cons

      No organisation is perfect, but I have not encountered anything at AccessFintech that I would have flagged to myself before I joined, in hindsight.
