Pros

Learned to avoid working for Pakistani run company. Scam artists.

Cons

1. Accutor treat people like disposable things 2. Accutor force staff to work crazy overtime, WITHOUT PAYING FOR IT. 3. Accutor lie to their customers and contractors on daily basis, managers force customer care team to lie to calling customers about their salaries, state of the company, funds and so on. Their lie about paying contractors when in reality account manager in Swiss office is not approving payment and stealing people's money. 4. Accutor Malta office, 19.11.2019 fired 30% of their staff, told them to get their things and leave. When Accutor says that they give gifts to people when they is bs, they give people nightmares, drive people to alcohol. It is extremely unhealthy place to work, bad for your sanity. 5. Accutor is going bankrupt. 6. Accutor is EUR15 million in debt to multiple companies. If this information helps at least 1 person, I will be happy.

Pros

Some benefits included in the job

Cons

Everything else about the company, small business meaning a lot of processes are overlooked and your wellbeing as an employee is not considered as much as at a large company with a non biased HR team.

We are sorry to hear you had such an experience. We at Accutor are always looking to make the workplace enjoyable for our employees. We have done this in the past by providing catering for employees in Switzerland or ordering weekly lunches and organising monthly socials in the Malta office. We have also had individual HR meetings with employees so they can voice their concerns and discuss any challenges they might be facing both work and non-work related. Employees have been granted study leave and more flexible hours due to personal reasons and we try our best to ensure we have a happy working environment. Furthermore, there are set processes in each team whether that is in the Accounts or Legal department. Managers carefully supervise their teams both in Switzerland and Malta. We are sorry to hear you had such an experience and please feel free to contact the HR team at hr@accutor.com to clear up any misunderstandings. Sincerely, Accutor HR team.
