Pros

The range of placements that they offer and the support they provide are really great. The mentoring scheme is also very helpful.

Cons

The placements tend to be very corporate-focussed, and therefore the training provided and presentations given are too.

Pros

The team is supportive and caring. The mantra of actions speak louder than words is very much embedded into the day to day. People actually care about each other and all pull together to support each other....the 'no hierarchy' feel lends itself to creating an inclusive and open environment. Process and tech are the best I've seen in the industry and this goes a long way to provide efficient service delivery. If you have a new idea it's welcome and innovativeness, being curious and creative are highly encouraged.

I'm sorry but as far as I can tell there are none. Such a refreshing change...
