Pros
Not much. It's remote, but so are a lot of sales roles today. Decent pay.
Cons
I never leave reviews, but I felt like I had to for this one. They promise you the world and they deliver on nothing. I was there for 2 months, and during my tenure I had 3 different managers, my job responsibilities changed 3 times (including my first day on the job), and there were 4 rounds of layoffs. ALL within 2 months. They are established in LATAM and were attempting to expand into NAMER so growing pains were to be expected, but it was much more of a mess than anyone could have guessed. When I was hired, there were 50 people on the NAMER team, and now there are 6. They had no vision for their NAMER operations and good employees suffered because of it. They also have no vision for what their offerings are. We were told we had expertise in cybersecurity solutions, cloud migrations, data analytics services, etc. but when our experience reps asked questions about how we deliver on these solutions, nobody was able to provide an answer. I was brought on as a 1099 contractor and promised that we would all be converted to W2 within 2 months. Well, I was there for 2 months, and there were no signs of progress on that front. Decent pay, but no benefits whatsoever.
