The only pro is the colleagues you work with. Brilliant and supportive. CEO is very friendly and that’s it.
Cons
Management - micro managing to the extreme to keep themselves busy in a made up job role. Literal purpose is to breathe down everyone’s necks whilst doing no work themselves. If it weren’t for this there’d be no job for them. They say it’s agile working - no it’s agile when it suits managers and when THEY tell you to come in on set days - not so agile after all! Zero job specific training. One week of induction which comprises playing clicky clicky on a computer screen. No actual detailed training you’re expected to just magically know how to do everything. Half hour training using Orchard is an absolute joke. Management won’t speak to customers on the phone from an escalation point of view - even though that’s the whole point of escalation and what the customers ask for. The customer reviews on the Facebook page alone is a good indication of how this “charity” is ran.
