Pros

Aclipse is a great company to work with and go through to teach English in Asia. Their recruiters are knowledgeable and make the transition super smooth when looking to teach English overseas. It's a big commitment (at least a year and most people stay longer) so it's important that you choose the right recruiting company, and Aclipse is definitely it.

Cons

It's hard to think of something to put here and as I only have fond memories with working with Aclipse.

Pros

Aclipse has done a great job helping find native English speakers to come work as English teachers China and South Korea. They are very proactive in trying to find a great location that you want to work in and will negotiate your contract on your behalf. I was really pleased to use Aclipse for finding my current job as a teacher for ChungDahm Institute in Seoul Korea.

Cons

It doesn't have so much to do with Aclipse, however the requirements for teaching in Korea take some time to put together. If you are serious about working in China or South Korea, they will contact you to make sure you have the necessary documents.
