Pros

A great chance to build skills, experiences and take on big responsibilities. Amazing to work on humanitarian crises and respond to emergencies occurring worldwide, and support fundraising events while developing workplace skills.

Cons

Outdated fundraising model and increasing turnover in staff within that Department. Hopeless leadership at a senior level which leads to colleagues being overworked, worn to the bone and having their mental health affected by poor strategic decision making.

Pros

Motivated passionate staff in the UK office. Excellent field programmes. Lots of opportunities to grow and progress if you have strong ideas.

Cons

Too much strategising and not enough doing in the UK office. There is a mix of experience and total inexperience among managers which means inexperienced people are often making decisions.
