      Pros

      The work atmosphere is great and I get along with everyone in my team well. Activ management (at least within my team) pays attention to your performance, and wants to foster a more positive work environment.

      Cons

      Actually, I've not really run into cons as of yet.

      Pros

      AF provides a great platform, with a lot of technical benefits. You can feel proud to represent this firm with customers, in general. Very little bureaucracy and structure. Technical meritocracy with virtually no training or investment in people. Good for competent self-starters.

      Cons

      Poor work/life balance, crap benefits, very little ability to do anything ground-breaking. Completely disjoint with offices all over the place, no investment in tools. Imagine maintaing hundreds of servers by logging into them running shell scripts. Not very efficient. Wheaton management is out of touch with market and actively hostile to customers. Other senior management are great people but lacking in well-rounded business experience. Very insular. Many promises made during hiring process were not kept, not because people are liars. just making promises they couldn't deliver.
