Pros
The insurance benefit is actually nice. For some, they may think that they get paid well considering that they probably don’t do much. But this is mainly applicable to those who are close with management.
Cons
I was heavily underpaid for my job and experience compared to other employees in the company and in my own department. There is ALWAYS drama. There is NO diversity. There is NO room for growth. If there are actual issues to be addressed, management will never handle or fix it. There is no “real” HR. Everything about the environment is toxic.
