      NOTHING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Go ahead join here if u into politics and sucking up to people around u, and losing all ur human nature and qualities

      Cant even think of this company as one being run by HUMAN BEINGS They are the best in world in ill-treating their own employees No leaves Always extended work hours Insane amount of pressure for no reason whatsoever Oh on top of that be ready to lose your self respect, coz of some incompetent MANAGERS and CTO trying to slur abuse words at you. I left the company with no more energy in my body to take all these unprofessional, concentration camp kind of work culture. THE COMPANY ABSOLUTELY SUCKS

      The only pro of working at Active.ai is that you get to learn how to handle work pressure and create deliverables in short notice deadlines.

      Cons

      1. No work-life balance 2. The company only care about the clients interest and not about the employees 3. Daily extended work hours 4. Recently got acquired by Gupshup because founders were incapable of raising funds from more than last 2 years. 5. Delays in salary recently in the current month of March and April. 6. No appraisals and bonuses 7. You'll keep on grinding at the same title even if you perform the best in your team because company doesn't even bother to give promotions to the employees
