A company that lacks integrity

Pros

Good location, building is well designed. Great for sales and earning potential keeps improving. Some excellent staff members that work hard and are sincere.

Cons

Senior management do not listen to anyone else in the company except for best selling consultants. Many inconsistencies in policies, 'one rule for some, one rule for others.' No sick pay. This is replaced by an income protection policy that no one knows about. Lack of honesty by senior staff leads to poor relationships with everyone in the company. Many people are self-serving, immature, and unprofessional. CEO is always absent and spends more time with other businesses, leaving the company in the hands of inadequate senior management.

Senior management extremely out of touch. No appreciation for hard work and commitment and extra hours. This company struggles with HR issues

Constantly changing the commission criteria, which seemed to be every week that I was there. It’s just constantly take take and no give. They will look for any reason to take money off you. Awful working hours and forced to work bank holidays. No parking which is a nightmare. Higher managers don’t care one bit.
