Cons
The mid level managers have no knowledge. No leadership qualities and no eagerness to become market leaders. In fact they don't know what is happening in the market. The quality of the product is very poor and people work for the requirements of the management people and not for the client. No room for improvement. People evaluate the employees' performance for appraisal are not at all aware of the hard and smart work they were doing. The interviews may have MS-Office but all you get is Libre Office which makes the life a lot tough. They follow cost cutting for necessary things and spend for unnecessary things. So soon you will realize that you are into a pond stagnated for years in the same place rather than flowing river. Long back years the organization was so good with energetic and client focused and business minded management. But it has changed a lot in recent times. When I joined this company it was my family and I wish that should be my organization ever, it has got a father like CEO who supports us in everything. The remaining management people are so out dated, negative minded and afraid of changes. When I quit the organization was not the same when I joined where I saw lot of opportunities at every project I took. The credit steeling managers get hefty pay and hard n smart working employees struggle to get a Rs. 2000 hike.
