Pros

Good first job for someone fresh out of uni hoping to go into consultancy and sustainable agriculture. A lot of research based work and report writing not too dissimilar from my degree. Interesting projects and learning a lot on each one

Cons

Management had insufficient time to support a graduate, WFH role at the time so very lonely and boring after a while
