Pros

Lunch is provided by the company. Colleagues are supportive despite the challenging work environment.

Cons

Do not please believe in the reviews with 5 stars from 2025 because it is published by that one acting Director-Tech Lead of the company There has been no stable or active project for a long time, creating uncertainty about career growth. Most key decisions are controlled by a very small leadership group, with significant micromanagement across technology, HR, finance, and day-to-day operations. Limited flexibility and very little autonomy for employees. Communication often feels inconsistent, and employees may receive different messages in private versus public discussions, which affects trust. Employees are not always treated with the level of respect and recognition they deserve. During the notice period, the workload can become unnecessarily stressful, including extensive knowledge transfer sessions for projects that are inactive or shut down. In some cases, knowledge transfers are required even when project infrastructure or servers are no longer active, making the process feel unproductive. Overall morale is low, and many employees appear disengaged due to uncertainty and management practices.
