It's a tactic to get more popular amongst institutes than hiring experienced people who would bring value and growth. Addverb is like Karan Johar's "Student of the Year". Newbies with expensive clothing and gadgets roaming here and there.
6. Termination when you don't slave for them 24/7
7. HRs nasty behaviour; these are the epi canter of politics.
8. Literally no work-life balance. I read several reviews regarding this before joining, but here I am, experiencing this first-hand.
