Pros
Good clientele Good reputation Young crowd Some good colleagues
Cons
Very long working hours Very flawed system of daily media update sending. Media trackers have to be sent before 9:30 or 10, so the preparation for that has to start early even though official work hours start from 9. When handling multiple clients this induces a lot of stress. It’s made even worse if there is a press release Beyond a certain point I feel that the management has their hands tied as well. They have to listen to their SBU heads to achieve rather unrealistic targets, and the pressure trickles down to the AEs The AEs are like the pawns on the chessboard. Always in the line of fire from the media, the clients and the team; an experience that slowly breaks a person down The lack of replacement of resources is another problem. This results in the remaining AEs of the team being overburdened and in way too many projects all at once. Every team is not equal in terms of the clients they handle. Some teams perform well because they have well known clients and the media would prefer to have their stories rather than a small company’s. It’s not every day that a small brand can do unique things. Everyone cannot be judged by the same metric when their starting points are so different The internal documentation takes up a lot of time. We could do without most of them tbh
