There is nothing really good here, there is so much exploitation here that you can even think of committing suicide.
Cons
No policy of any kind is followed here, something is said to you but something else will be done here, no company law is followed here, only exploitation and harassment is done here. Work life balance is very far away, for your own salary here you will have to beg like a beggar and they will behave like a dictator. If we talk about the work culture, then it is the worst work culture in the world.
