Pros

None to speak of absolutely none

Cons

As long as you are friends or family - you will do fine. I wasn't either. I was treated terrible - the single word that best descibes Adrian Steel is "Nepotism."

Pros

Pretty solid benefits package that requires a copay, has a good incentive program during prosperous times. Team atmosphere and strong team indoctrination.

Cons

At the onset a seamingly efficient running company. The undercurrent is that of distrust and fear, due to not working long hours at least 50-60 hors per week, and not quite fitting into the corporate mold. If you don't fit the mold you will find yourself forced out. Some of the upper managers have a throwback management style that reminds one of the 50's-60's. Kind of a Good Ole Boy attitude. The Sales Dept Senior Mgt seems to have a propensity to set people up for failure, and will allow borderline bad judgement calls to take place, after they give complete approval, only to turn around and reprimand stating they never gave permission. The same figure head is very creative at conjuring up excuses for writeups and then quietly forcing signatures for fear of losing job if non complient. One word- Shady.

Pros

Funny, laid back and animated coworkers who are literally the only reason people don't leave the place because you couldn't find that atmosphere almost anywhere else, laid back environment with hard working men and women

Cons

Management doesn't follow procedure for things they chastise employees about and changes schedules for work at last minute notice at the expense of employees (i.e. being told not to make weekend plans because of work then canceling work the day before) also forcing overtime with little to no notice (sometimes) and punishing employees who can't make the adjustments while sometimes not complying themselves Employees are viewed as expendable and replaceable with hardly any praise or notice for hard work and effort but always sure to be informed of how poorly they may have done and criticized Employees are also made to perform tasks and jobs outside of their technician level without appropriate compensation for the tasks
