If you’ve never worked in crypto the space can seem intimidating, mysterious and glamorous… then you actually go work for a startup and realise the ‘shadowy super-coders’ aren’t always that good, the company has no direction, and everyone is running in circles. ABAG is NOT like that! They have grown the company the right way and occupy a happy place between the chaos of hyper-growth startup and the security of an established company. You will be pushed to do good work, but they look after you and are working hard to build all the things like HR, benefits, and comms that are sometimes missing at the early stage.
