Pros
Good for people that want to start a career with no previous experience; no working extra hours, for those who like fixed schedule.
Cons
No support from colleagues or management, bad organization of work for project tasks, no possibility of development yourself, very old tools used, micro management of work time, no autonomy and no trust to the employees from the superiors. HR processes are handled very slow (when handled).

Great working ambient, flexible timetable, close contact with CEO
Cons
Prehistoric processes, cascade workflow is proven to not work with software development. Several PMs pushing same worker to do his job
