If you are lucky you can find yourself in sme interesting jobs (Hired by customers)
Cons
It is not clear the direction where the company want to go. Sometimes it seems like the direction is "everywhere we can make easy-money adn retired when thing het tough". Apart from me, my colleagues got very low salaries. No programmed growing path (both in knowledge and salary).
