Poor CEO leadership: Both co-founders (Xavier & Chris) will blame employees for their poor decision making. There are many engineering issues with their main products such Hydrus and Boreas. Lies have been told all the way from the employee levels to the board. Temperamental CEOs make them difficult stakeholders to work with. CEOs will never take responsibility or blame and push the blame to other c-suite executives.
Toxic work culture, poor treatment of staff and cut throat culture - historically, have had legal issues with how staff are being treated. Recently have cut off an entire division called "Cloud Ground Control" (CGC) and the manner in which CEOs laid off everyone was in a very inhumane manner. A culture where CEOs will try and milk as much value as possible for you and when you are no longer useful, they will likely make you redundant or fire you.
Company has a revenue problem and have been laying off staff recently or made employees redundant. While they may pitch that they have enough funding; it is misleading. The issue is due to engineering problems across their products and sales function not being able to sell or products being refunded by major customers. Company has a large cash flow burn rate which is reducing their runway.
Do not take the risk coming here - it is not worth it.
