Pros
Home/work life balance. Minimal traveling for work required. Management who cares and assists with personal appointments. Great training program with education department to help you succeed passing CNIM.
Cons
Some travel occasionally required. Add on cases - fluctuating schedule. Not really a con but on call schedule - only 1 weekend every 6-7 weekends.

Pros
Upper management is easy to talk to. Very structured company. No micromanaging. No contracts. Company is willing to listen to your concerns and address them appropriately. Company does have an HR department….random drug screenings done annually for joint commission accreditation process and credentialing in general. Updated equipment utilized in the OR. Training available as well as an in house ASET approved educator to get ready for the CNIM.
Cons
Surgery schedule changes frequently. Lunch breaks aren’t always a thing. Some days can be long but in return some days are short. Most techs work 3-4 days per week. Call schedule is on weekends only and hardly ever called in.
