      Typical small consulting firm that outsources consultants to bigger firms

      Pros

      Work - Life balance (depends on the project which you are assigned to) and really nothing else, Decent entry salary

      Cons

      Absolutely no interest in employees complaint, No benefits at all (not even meal tickets), Old projects and technologies, Poor visibility and lack of career opportunities (final customers often don't even know that the company exists!!)
