Sometimes they forget that not all people practice faith and may not be comfortable in that setting. Manangement thinks everyone should love each other to do the best work. It should be respect- you dont have to love everybody you work with.

They’ve gone down on pay for people who were previously grandfathered in to certain higher rates. They have been increasing shift differentials to help decrease the gap but it’s definitely not 100% making up for the decrease. There are also a fairly decent amount of mandatory trainings to attend, although they are pretty helpful, the frequency can be a bit much, especially during certain parts of the year (spring is the worst it seems).
