      Good Overall Company.

      Pros

      Good organization with lots of employees who have been there a long time. Job security is good for some. Pay is decent and they do offer potential bonus.

      Cons

      Communication is not the greatest. Individuals that have been there a long time have difficulty sharing knowledge and working with others. They have a chip on shoulder and are not team players. You are pretty much on your own and their is a lack of chemistry on the technical side. Leadership is good and no issues. IT staff are great and easy to work with with the exception of the Technical SME. Health insurance especially dental... not the best.
