1. No professionalism at all, they use abusive language in meetings, calls and everywhere
2. The senior management gangs up against anyone who refuses to join their exploitative gang and try to torture them until they leave the company.
3. In exact words of the CEO- the employees are unlimited resources at a fixed expense so use them extensively
4. Senior leadership is lost and don't have any idea how to run a team they don't give any orientation to new joinees and yet expect that even a new employee should know everything about this niche field. They don't understand that leadership is responsible for guiding and teaching the new employees.
5. They push you to work on weekends because they love to work (only on weekends) they don't understand that unlike them other employees do not own the shares of company, expecting same level of working hours as them means they should give same level of compensation to employees.
6. The leadership team is exploitative and degrading as hell, they demotivate every one to the point that you would prefer to do suicide than working in this setup, simply pathetic. No constructive feedback they just criticise everything that doesn't suit their taste and won't even give a reason for it.
