Some highly talented employees Lots of different flavour free milk and porridge.

Cons

Bullying and racism goes unpunished The top management have little compassion or integrity There is no business plan There are to incoming funds to projects and development of people and products stagnate.

Pros

New location, coffee machine, clean offices, enjoyed the mix of designing and testing. Some great colleagues who I have kept in touch with.

Cons

No windows in main engineering office so no natural light. Certain colleagues not wanting to share their work with you. As a senior engineer was not always included in team meetings and working alone on low priority tasks. Head of R&D was reclusive and had his favourites.

Aeristech is a forward thinking company, providing a good working environment with flexibility. The team is very proactive, dynamic and dedicated.
