      Pros

      Cost of living versus pay is reasonable. Interesting technical problems were never in short supply, tho most problems are self-inflicted via unresolved ego issues.

      Cons

      Draconian management that refuses to adapt to a modern workforce. Inability to ensure retention of talented young talent is a serious problem.

      Pros

      Great people to work with and lots of interesting work to do. Select lower-level management members really care and try to help. Good work/life balance, you're not really forced to do anything but attend for 8 hours a day.

      Cons

      Management has no clue how to motivate a technical workforce. Salary and career growth is extremely limited. Aging employees keep benefit costs very high. Work is rapidly decreasing, government budgets for this type of work are drying up. Expect to be paid significantly less than your peers who have worked there longer.

      Been here 6 years. Best company I have ever worked for. Promote quickly, safety is high on the scale. Great management.

      Cons

      I have nothing bad to say about this company. We are losing our contract and that's why we are all having to leave. Jacobs is the parent company
