      Pros

      Excellent working environment with nice colleagues (at least at my branch), if you love the Aesop aesthetic, yes the company is on full power to achieve that

      Cons

      Does not have the most competitive salary, did not have AC for our store in the summer it was a bit of a torture

      Admin team is disorganised and doesn't really support retail teams well.

      Different from your average retail job (Positive)

      A multitude of employee benefits, from product allocation, staff discount, healthcare. Internal culture is strong and inclusive. Opportunity to grow if you show interest. More of a hand on retail role, rather than passive.
