      Pros

      Salary and benefits were fair compared to industry, protected by union as well.

      Cons

      Performance and KPI are not well defined and changed every years. Unrealistic KPI also causing the staff resigned. The trend of Great Resignation, change of working behavior & preference after Covid 19, and new generation Z joining the workforce are causing TALENT shortage in the bank and industry. The bank works hard to transform but the result is not as expected due to multiple factors. Due to the above reasons, the manager is expecting you to fill the gap arises from the resigned staff and system inefficiency, Happy Overtime . Other paperwork and compliance work are part of your job though it deviated from your main job scope.

      - get fix salary every month & epf - good medical benefit

      Cons

      - Office Politics environment. 'YES BOSS' culture. Those who didnt bother to do so will not be appreciated - Change KPI, Target & Direction many times throughout a year. Hence confuse the staff with the company/divison direction & target to be achieve. - Too focus on numbers instead of real growth & people efforts. - Deaf Ear Management Attitude . Problems raised will consider as excuses & refuse to assist. - Expect 1 Staff to perform 2 person job - Ineffective & Ineffiicient systems & work process / workflow.
