      Great benefits and progression but favoritism and micromanagement

      Pros

      Great benefits mental health, and others, flexibility and flexible working requests are quiet easy to get too. Some really lovely people to work with. Great progression if you really on it. Amazing training and dedicated people. Holiday buy in, work life balance, great customers, genuinely nice place to work.

      Cons

      Favouritism. Business driven. Job insecurity. Policies. Your place in the company is dictated by the team leader you have. Micromanaging and some team leaders are left to treat people very poorly and get supported by higher managers.
