Pros

Almost all positions in the company are remote so you can work from home. You can also chose your schedule within their open hours.

Cons

Absolutely no flexibility like described during the interview process. I thought I’d be able to pick my break and lunch times to be able to take my kids to/from school but that was not the case at all. Also, customers are irate a lot and supervisors aren’t always available.
