Manager is nasty and disliked by most people apart from his buddies. Sacked my team lead recently for no good reason. Has sacked or driven out lots of people. Calls other employees in front of the team. Everyone knows who he likes and doesn't like. Doesn't like you talking to people he doesn't like. Knows that another manager is guilty of gross misconduct but hasn't said anything. Reports regular staff for anything that he can find or make up. Pay is at the bottom end. No career prospects. Good people are passed over. Dead end job. I'm trying to get out.

Managers don't have a clue what's going on, there is absolutely no organisation in this business. The systems do not work as designed most of the time. No progression. Endless talk of improvements but no actions regarding these. Constant staff turnover. Constant "process" changes that all staff are uneasy about. People losing jobs and being made redundant.
