Constantly promising to help further your career that never amounts to anything.upper management all pat themselves on the back for a job well done when the do nothing but cause problems.dont know how to manage people or help them fine tune there skills and the skills they want.to busy pushing people to deliver.wages are all wrong,you'll find people that do a fraction of what is required get paid far more than folk that graft and deserve it.

Where to start?, this was a fantastic work hard, play hard company 'Orange Blood' which has now been destroyed by new senior management types on six figure salaries who don't know the business or the people that work for them. No career direction office rife with poisonous politics and back stabbing poor performance and attendance not addressed unqualified managers promoted to more senior roles and failure rewarded? HR support non existing CEO and senior directors absent, do not even say hello how do you do when they walk by or even know your face!
