Furthermore we understand that work-life balance is important, and we strive to create a culture that supports a healthy balance for every employee. No one is expected to work from 8am to 7pm. We are committed to ensuring that our employees are not overworked and have the necessary support to manage their workload effectively. We certainly still have things to improve on this subject and we take your feedback into consideration! At Agicap, we are committed to the UK market and are investing significantly to enhance our product, ensuring it better aligns with customer needs and expectations. While technical difficulties are normal when opening a market, our product is now meeting all main customer demands in the UK (e.g., BACS payment). To enable personal career growth for our employees, we conduct performance development reviews every six months in order to set clear goals and align individual and company objectives. Over the past year, we have introduced career paths for all key roles, with plans to expand this framework to additional positions as our team continues to grow.
