They given unrealistic targets to them and and fired them within 3-4 months only. They have also fired a senior level leader who dedicated his last few years to the company and completely set up the gurgaon office and sincerely doing his duties. CEO likes to listen good thing only about the company and those who do that gets appreciation and promotion. There are few people in the company who is growing in the company due to this quality only. They are not able to close any single client of their software which they are building since 4 years. Nobody is ready to use their product even free of cost. All their best coaches have left due to high pressure. All their agile consulting deal is lost due to this only. All positive reviews are writing by their own people, you can clearly see the symmetry in positive reviews. Management have realised that their image is not good in the market so they have asked their own people to write positive reviews so that people can join their company. If you really want to know about this company then check with any of their ex-employee about the company and its culture. Company is full of politics and employees always have gossips about the team leader and CEO. The company is running on loss and totally dependent on its sister concern company. CEO always threatens to the employee that he can close anytime because company is not able to do any business in last few years. They pretends that they are a cool and dynamic startup which believes in growth of employees but reality is far away. Developers are treated without respect. The architecture of projects keep changing and people are not informed. Everything is dynamic, you can be asked to create a new features overnight. you can be called on weekends, probably have to stay at nights to complete the tasks. this is a common scenario here. They ask for original mark sheet at the time of joining. They also fired a employee after 1 year by giving an excuse of failed background verification. CEO does not have any domain experience but gives you daily lessons or lectures and pretends he knows everything and master of everything. CEO believes in micromanagement, They Waste employees time on the name of daily meeting, feedback collection, Friday events etc. Their simple motto is to give pressure to employees to know who is doing what and wants to get the work done fast without solving the challenges or listen the actual feedback.
