      Pros

      You have 5 mins. to be late for work before your counted late. You can walk off the line at anytime to get some coffee. If you're doing a job you don't want to do you tell them you're going to quit they'll make cut a deal with you to put you in another area.

      Poor processes and communication leads to countless overtime.

      There is nothing good about working at Agility

      Pros

      They will work you to death and smile all the time. This is the place for you until you finally realize they don't care about your well being.

      Cons

      Management will say we welcome suggestions and then stab you in the back for suggesting something that will improve things because you have the nerve to outshine the elite in charge of you. And you find out just how much they look down on you. Don't work off shifts because you will be neglected and if you say anything you will be fired.
