Aginity tried to leverage a successful Netezza services business into a big data analytics product company and has failed miserably! A nice concept for managing math, they have no idea how to execute, and people are left to fend for themselves.

No vision, no leadership, no promise, disorganized, unprofessional. When I started working for Aginity I truly believed in the idea and product. It soon became clear that it was not a team atmosphere. If it wasn't the CEO's way, it was the highway. During that entire time I was employed, management could not decide on a clear 'message' to sell the product. This made it increasingly hard for sales to move in a positive direction. The lack of confidence showed as deals continued to fail. The company is too unstable to work for. Move on and don't look back.
