      Pros

      I don't see any except you learn lesson for life "save for bad days and escape as early as possible".

      Cons

      More than 1 yr of backlog, No salaries for last 3 months and worst CEO don't know when they will be able to pay the salaries of employee. You have evey right to disbelieve me but you can contact any current employee to confirm the same. Employee of this company are in worst situation than a jobless person.

      Hard to think one except you become very tolerant and very patient ..

      Cons

      No salary for past 2 months... No clarity if salary would come in coming months... Subhash (MD) enjoys saying lets talk to Sanjeev (CEO) and every week Sanjeev repeats something which only Subhash and he understands.. Directors have No say in Salary or releasing employees early as they themselves are stuck ..

      No pros ... This company have no pros for any level of employee even fresher..

      Cons

      There is no development work, salary not comes on time. even salary delayed for 2- 3 month. After that you will get only half salary. They wait for customer whole year when new customer came then it will be fine otherwise they fired employee and delay salary. Company always says it have great customer but unable to pay its employee, After fired experience employee, they hire freasher of 5 to 10 k salary and doing work... Please wait for job but dont join any experience employee. Top level management always gives you mind hunter even they have no work...
