Good company culture, with management that cares about its employees. Colleagues are very friendly and always willing to help each other. The CEO is the best I've encountered in my career; he puts a lot of effort into making the company a great place to work and truly cares about every individual. The company offers good compensation and benefits with a good work-life balance overall. The market outlook is very positive and good future for the company.

Similar to many startup companies in their early stages, the company moves very quickly and adjusts its roadmap rapidly, leading to ongoing challenges and some uncertainties.
