Aircall UK is a complete joke. UK managers lead by fear and favoritism. They will also promote managers internally who do not have management experience and should definitely not be leading a team.

Some lovely people at the office. It’s easy to get to.

- Poor management on multiple levels - Management talks bad on personal levels about employees. - Poor feedback culture - anything that you bring up with management or HR will get ignored - No room for career or individual growth - Suck up culture - managers expect you to suck up to them - Management lies and makes false promises
