Pros

Free catered lunch, culturally diverse and friendly coworkers, well most of them. Flexible hours until deadline approaches. Cool robotic techs. Snacks and drink in office.

Cons

Pay/benefit is below average. Management is chaos and all feedback from below is ignored until people start leaving. Zero career advancement. A promise/announcement from management can be quickly retracted the next day, take everything from above with a grain of salt. Engineers are pressured into overtime and weekend work with almost no compensation when deadline approaches, which happens way too often. Business side over-promising clients resulting in developers working overtime and taking the blame after unsatisfactory demonstration/ evaluation from clients. Talented employees start leaving after staying for a while and this whole cycle of cons repeats itself endlessly.

Pros

GOOD FOOD, I am never hungry. Benefits are decent but the performance isn't always valued enough. Good & friendly colleagues, flexible working schedule such as working from home sometimes. if you want to expand and work in a new area or be more of a manager it is possible here. For example people are taught to get a drone license, or get trained in a new area. I don't go to these EDM parties but these are sounding nice too. I am recommending Airspace if you are looking at the hardware, mechanical, or drone operations team.

Cons

This is a startup and things aren't always perfect. the number 1 thing is bad communication and disorganization. For example, bad communication between engineers and sales team. We have many random people (not sure if employees) in the sales team that we never meet and don't know the status, information is brought by rumors. I think they work in other offices or from home. Also, if you work hard that is not being recognized by some of the managers.
