Pros

It is a great idea, a great product. The company has passed another round of investment which is good enough for a stable company that should offer also stable jobs.

Cons

No documentation whatsoever. The "leaders" are not well prepared for their current roles and not that technical as they should be. Sometimes they ignore or try to avoid people due personal interests.

Pros

Good salaries compensate some bad parts. Engineering team is OK

Cons

No product-market fit despite years of operation — critical opportunities have been missed or misunderstood. Leadership operates in a bubble, disconnected from both customer needs and market realities. Poor strategic alignment; feels like a ship without a rudder. Constant pivots and lack of focus generate uncertainty and frustration across teams. Feedback loops are broken: customer input and internal insights are routinely ignored. Lack of transparency and clarity in priorities, even at the leadership level. High churn and low morale stemming from poor planning and inconsistent execution.
