Pros

The product itself is SOLID! That's it!

Cons

The CEO is the most toxic person I have ever met. I wanted to have hope here but there is NONE. Aisera should get him out of the door before he runs the company in the ground. No one cares about your personal time. The CEO will request last minute meetings that are after hours without any repsect to anyones time AND then go over by another 40 mins! He does not have realistic expectations. I am surprised no one has sued him for his behavior. He makes inappropriate jokes in the office often. He recently made every employee put a review on Glassdoor to try to make his reviews look better. We were messaged individually and they really attempted to force people to leave good reviews. Most of these reviews are from people who haven't been at the company longer than 2 months. Trust the reviews.

Pros

There are no pros to working here.

Cons

Beware of these fake 5 star reviews. Within my first 2 weeks they had asked me to write a 5 star review for them. These are flooded by execs and new starters who aren't fully absorbed in this job yet, trying to cover up the real reviews. Please filter these out by the lowest rating to get the best overview of this place. There is absolutely NO work/life balance and they don’t care about it at all. They use the fact that this is a startup as an excuse, but it should not be an excuse. There are late night and weekend meetings, often last minute. They don't care if you're east coast or not, they will often call you late into the night. This just always puts you on edge. The CEO specifically demands these late night meetings because we need to work with HIS schedule, not anyone else's. It's especially frustrating when he doesn't even end up attending them. I've also seen people being called into meetings while they're on PTO. They literally don't care what you have going on in your life. This place is toxic from the top down. There is no accountability at the top. They're always right and you're always wrong. Your opinion means nothing and they gaslight you all the time. The CEO insults you and screams at people in meetings. He leads by fear. He has NO trust in his employees and tells you what to do and you're expected to do it. Most of these late night or weekends meetings are because he doesn't trust that you're doing your job so he wants you to put together slides/proof to show everything you did. And then he makes you re-do it because nothing is ever good enough. He basically runs every department himself and a CEO should never be this involved. Everything also has to be approved by him and someone else in product - there is so much bottleneck. They can't let go and trust the department heads actually run their department. Half the time you're performing fire drills and the other half you're trying to catch up on your other responsibilities. This place is a revolving door - people just quit or get fired. And the CEO is completely aware of the culture but in his words, "If you don’t like it, then leave." I've never seen a company that treats their employees this poorly, especially by the CEO himself. Stay far away from this place. It is as hostile and toxic as it gets.

Pros

None - Paycheck was on time

Cons

Where do I start with this company. Most people will come on here and see the 1 star reviews, and just think "oh, this employee is salty, hence the one star review". Please read the 1 star reviews, not the 5 star ones. Anyone that rates this company a 5 star is delusional. CEO is insane, I'll say he is smart, probably for his own good - he leads by fear and intimidation, what he says goes - he'll go as far as to inspect your emails out to prospects, and berate you in front of the group. Middle to lower level management are all just yes men and women. They don't really care about development of employees. Make your dials, send out a ton of emails, book meetings (that you won't run at all) HR department - there isn't one be prepared to work 14-15 hour days Work/Life balance - non existent Company morale - non existent - I'd be shocked if the same folks are working there in 1-3 months (either through them leaving voluntarily or company "layoff" that I am sure will happen in a few months) shelf life of an employee is a few months if you can make it that far Advice: if you have other opportunities other than Aisera take it and don't look back, you'll thank your future self Zero 401k match Benefits: average to horrible at best
